Tintswalo Safari Lodge

Tintswalo Safari Lodge is situated on the private Manyeleti Reserve concession nestled between the Timbavati Private Reserve to the north and Sabi Sand Reserve to the south in an ancient sycamore grove. Its fenceless eastern boundary is open to the Greater Kruger National Park and the lodge is surrounded by a total of 22 000 hectares.

The six exclusive suites are situated along the banks of the seasonal Nwaswitsontso River and each suites’ private deck and plunge pool overlook a waterhole frequented by variations of wildlife. The suites at Tintswalo Safari Lodge are reminiscent of the great Africa explorers, including the romantic Baker suite, named after Samuel and Florence Baker, and the opulent Livingstone suite, honouring Africa’s most well-known explorer. Supreme comfort and privacy is guaranteed – plus guests can enjoy big game viewing from the privacy of your suite.

Tintswalo means “the intangible feeling of love, gratitude and peace bestowed upon someone offering you a meaningful and worthy gift” in the native Shangaan language. Once you have experienced the plush accommodation, gourmet dining, breathtaking scenery, exciting game drives and most of all the excellent service quality of Tintswalo Safari Lodge, you will understand the true meaning of the word Tintswalo.
