What others are saying:

We would love to thank you and your wonderful staff for our memorable stay at Camp Jabulani. The Zindoga Villa is so beautiful and spacious. We loved the decor, the views, the linen, the private pool… Carl is an amazing GM! Our ranger Riaan is among the very best we ever had.

Alex Caubet Miller, Buenos Aires, Argentina, commenting on Camp Jabulani

A magic place on the warm Indian Ocean. Modern design meets driftwood, fine dining in the restaurant or tapas on daybeds, lounge music and the sound of the ocean- a fascinating holiday in a subtropical park right on the sea. Our best beach holiday in South Africa.

Elisabeth Loesing, Legden, Germany, commenting on Days At Sea Beach Lodge

You have got this just right. What an amazing setting. It feels like home away from home and is total luxury and decadence. We will return.

Robert Hewer, UK, commenting on Birkenhead House & Villa

This was a perfect start to our honeymoon and first introduction to South Africa. We are already planning our return. We were welcomed like family and the customer service was just perfect.

We can’t wait to revisit and will sing your praises to our friends and family interested in the best safari experience!

Ray Costa, USA, commenting on Royal Malewane & Africa House

This was our third stay at Hout Bay Manor where we are made to feel like remembered and treasured guests. The decor is exquisite (a mixture of colonial styling meets vibrant joyful African art and colours), as is the warmth, professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

Hazel Harris, UK, commenting on Hout Bay Manor Hotel

Instant relaxation the minute we arrived at Grootbos! You have a winning recipe and fantastic place – definitely little bit of heaven on earth indeed. Besides the mouthwatering food, wonderful ambience, great décor and awesome scenery, your staff really deserves all the compliments due to them. Your kitchen staff made our food experiences unforgettable, kudos to your chef!

Werner Prinsloo, Cape Town, commenting on Grootbos Forest Lodge

You cannot but enjoy the incredible service and luxury of Karkloof. Of all the hotels and lodges we have stayed in around the world, Karkloof has without doubt the highest level of service I have ever experienced. Top class meals when you want, Spa experiences any time of the day or night, and relaxing surroundings!

Michelle McLean, Johannesburg, SA, commenting on Karkloof Safari Spa

The house offers elegant five-star amenities and service. The service was warm and friendly at all times, and dinners on the veranda a memorable experience. We recommend to stay here for a few days, relax by the pool, do the river walk, enjoy the setting!

In the heart of South Africa’s Eastern Cape, Kwandwe is a land to learn from, to listen to, and to love. A land where the life of the animals is not interfered with by man unless it’s a problem caused by man. So we listened, we learned, we loved, and we left with the gift of our unique experience at this incredible place on God’s earth.

Becky Bader, United States, commenting on Kwandwe Ecca Lodge

I have been so impressed with 54 on Bath. For starters, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail in design is unmatched in any of the 10 or so other hotels I've seen in Johannesburg. Truly unique and beautiful.

jtellez09, Atlanta, Georgia, commenting on 54 on Bath

I had the most unbelievable time – the most beautiful setting I have been to. Better than the Seychelles. Staff, accommodation and Pilots are all very special. Definitely doing this again early next year. I even got a birthday cake – island style

Elisabeth Loesing, Legden, Germany, commenting on Medjumbe Private Island

La Montagne ticks all the boxes for a chic family holiday and more. It takes the stress out of strategic thinking because they've done it all for you. A rambling quasi-colonial mansion in Bishopscourt, the Constantia valley wine farms are right on your doorstep.

Olivia Falcon, Tatler, London, commenting on La Montagne Boutique Villa

We've been all over the world in all types of accommodations, and nothing compares to you guys. The house was nice but the experience was perfection. Thanks for everything.

My stay at Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge was an incredible experience! The staff were very professional, fun & efficient! Awestruck by the animal sightings & knowledge shared by the ranger. Impressed by how eco-friendly & luxurious it was! Can't wait to go back!

Katherine Stinchcomb, United States, commenting on Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge

We enjoyed 4 days last month in this world class city. Our travel agent booked us into the Queen Victoria Hotel and we found it to be ideal. The location is excellent...just a few minutes’ walk to the Waterfront...and we could see both the waterfront and Table Mountain from our balcony.

Joefish, Connecticut, USA, commenting on Queen Victoria Hotel

We stayed there with four friends for one week in mid July 2013 and we all agreed that the lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The views overlooking the conservancy are fabulous and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with every facility. The meals too were excellent and the service was of a very high standard.

David K, Kent, UK, commenting on Saruni Samburu Lodge

We returned to Saruni Mara for 5 nights in mid September 2012 (one year after our first visit). Once again we had a fantastic stay and were pleased to meet the staff again. Saruni now has a family villa which was great for my wife, daughter and me. The villa has two separate, luxury suites with a huge lounge/dining area linking the two suites. In the evening we experienced showering whilst watching a herd of buffalos grazing close to the tented suite.

Roy M, London, UK, commenting on Saruni Safari Lodge

The website is beautiful, so my expectations were very high. Reality of my stay was even better - location, ambience, room design, decor throughout, staff, breakfasts - all absolutely superb. Allow time to be at the hotel - don't rush out - it is so beautiful, tranquil and the staff so unobtrusive yet so attentive, you must allow time to savour it. The attention to detail is fabulous.

My mother and I stayed in the Andros for 10 days whilst visiting South Africa for the first time. The room we stayed in was large, spacious, beautifully decorated and opened onto the beautiful garden and pool. We enjoyed use of the gym, the spa and the pool, all of which were superbly maintained, with the spa offering a wide range of treatments in a relaxing atmosphere. The reception rooms in the hotel were beyond gorgeous, with the option to enjoy lunch in the serene champagne bar, or relax into the old world luxury of the library, guests really are spoilt for choice. The sumptuous breakfast buffet, which we enjoyed on the terrace whilst taking in the beautiful garden and views, was marvelous and enough on its own to persuade us that there is no other hotel in Cape Town we would want to stay at. The staff were unfailingly helpful, courteous and hospitable. Overall an absolutely 5* experience, quite simply a stunning place to stay. We can't wait to visit again.

The Dock House is a wonderful small hotel right by the V&A Waterfront. The rooms are large and very well appointed. The staff led by the lovely Kelly, are all fantastically friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small gym with modern equipment and a great view from the running machines! The spa was also excellent. This is one of those rare hotels that we would recommend completely and without any hesitation.

“Luxury from start to finish” “…I always feel like a guest in a hundred room mansion with extremely gracious hosts” “You have to stay here at least once in your lifetime”

You really have a little piece of heaven at all the villas at La Clé. It was the highlight of our Cape trip and was utterly relaxing. Everything, from your selves and staff and the attention to detail and of course the WOW factor contributed to a very special stay. I have always loved Franschhoek and this has just confirmed why.

Coral Reynolds, Johannesburg, commenting on La Clé des Montagnes

Every detail far exceeded our expectations. On the safari, the staff at Singita Lebombo became our family. The game viewing never disappointed. The food and wine far exceeded expectations. And the accommodations were modern, private, and unforgettable. A trip to South Africa is without-a-doubt an incredible experience, but the team at Singita takes it to a whole new level with their attention to detail. We look forward to returning!

Our sixth and best visit to Bushmans Kloof. The tranquillity of the Cederberg mountains, and the opportunity to view rock paintings created a thousand years ago, are just two of the things which make this such a special venue - a place to restore the soul. Plus, the staff, all of them, are marvellous..

Andreo77, Trip Advisor, commenting on Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve

From the time that we arrived we have been treated like royalty. The attention to detail here is remarkable. This truly is a World Class hotel. I have travelled extensively and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in so far. All the staff here are so accommodating and willing to help. The staff are also very friendly and greet you with genuine smiles. “Seamless World Class Time”

THIS IS WHAT GOOD SERVICE IS REALLY LIKE. Every member of staff was absolutely amazing, obliging, friendly, helpful, interested and well spoken. Wow! Well done to the Management!!! Breakfast choices are brilliant although expensive, but then that is what you would expect from a truly 5* hotel. The Palazzo is really world-class and being right next to Montecasino makes it an ideal place to celebrate any occasion.

BGGL, Johannesburg, SA, commenting on The Palazzo Montecasino

My wife and I spent one evening at this amazing hotel and really enjoyed the experience. We booked for the winter special, taking in dinner and a movie. 5 star status is all about service and we begun our evening by being upgraded from a deluxe suite to a deluxe suite with a sea view. Only in HK have I ever experienced more luxury (at twice the rate) The view over the Atlantic is magnificent and we enjoyed our pink gins on the terrace as the sun set over the ocean. We were given a tour of the excellent Spa and the hotel by the Joanne the Spa manageress Dinner was decadent, the special included four choices for each of the three courses and the service was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with Champagne and Large Oysters to enjoy with the buffet. All this after suffering from food poisoning from an earlier lunch in Cape Town. I will definitely return to do more justice to this incredible offer from a top hotel.
